Brain components

Brain consists of high density of fluids, protein, fat and chemicals with different specifications into the liquids. Blood vessels are spread through brain tissues as well. There are enormous connections like shielded wires named axons. These wires are covered by specific fat generally named Myelin. The more thickness, the more protection. Protecting from the efficiency of negative charge passing through adjacent axons or protecting the axon in order not to lose electric charge originated from neurotransmitters in the current axon.

Biofeedback in example

Imagine a human during learning a specific function such as biking. At first step, he cannot control the balance and his body on the bike. By practicing for several times; depending on the ability of learning, he can figure out how to posed his body and how to spread his weight on the bike respecting not to fall out. Assumption that all humans body has no deficiency and are health physically, the speed of learning reflects the velocity of synaptic creations. The synapses which present the activation of this particular function following presenting synaptic coupling during certain pathway *. The pathways which are active during biking at first and are created extremely slow, but by practicing the way will be opened and the neurotransmitter will go through this golden pathway pretty fast.

The pathway has been created. The person quits biking. After several years, the person turns back to the biking. You will see that after a couple of pedaling, he can ride the bicycle. It seems that the desire for biking is converted to a command which has been codded in specific pattern of neurotransmitter collection then move from source to destination. The note is what the difference of desire to move and real muscular movement?! Are both constitute the same pattern?? Does thinking about what you want in comparison by doing that certain function present the same pattern? Pattern of brain signals.

Sensory, Motor and Relay Neurons in biofeedback procedure

I assume that we first desire to do biking. This desire influence motor neurons which are located in the muscles. The desire as a command makes organ to move. The movement absorbs or receives some information obtained by different items such as pressure, length, temperature, the resistance confronting wind and etc. This information must be familiar for brain due to its previous experience by practicing. The information is sent from organ to spine to approach to relay neurons in central nervous system. The information will be encrypted in particular pattern and precipitate into the brain via those golden pathways respecting creating new reaction (in formula competitions these action and reactions are done very fast). Eventually, new command will be sent to sensory neurons also located in the organs. The commands will reach to the organ through spine in inversive way. Sensory, motor and relay neurons work together for command transactions. The process of this action and reaction is defined as biofeedback system. We learn based on experience means we use feedbacks of accidents then compose commands and make decisions.

*The whole brain white matter pathways are still under investigation. The technique named Diffusion Tensor Imaging is applied to present the connectome inside the brain following presenting fluids pathways. The fluids which are involves water molecular and the shape of water molecules present the way of fluid. It is assumed that the fluid’s pathways reflect axonal pathways. Notice that they are not the same in fact. The mentioned technique is required MRI system or relevant non-invasive imaging system. The invasive ones exist such as Spectroscopy which deals with powerful nuclear techniques in order to receive information of various chemicals such as sodium, potassium and etc. (not only water molecules). TrackVis accompanied by Diffusion toolkit is a powerful application for the process of Tracktography.
