Tahereh Najafi

One Neuron, One Universe.

Tahereh Najafi received her BSc and MSc degrees in computer engineering (Software Engineering) from Islamic Azad University of Lahijan and Tehran-South in 2009 and 2015, respectively. She is PhD candidate at National University of Malaysia in Electrical and Electronic Engineering since 2019. Her MS thesis was about Brain Signal Processing (BSP) in diagnosis the mental disease focused on Anxiety and Depression Detection. Her PhD proposal is concentrated on Neuronal Membrane Modeling focused on Epilepsy. Her professional experience officially refers to working at Payam-Guilan-Mehr Company as vice chairman and Project leader since 2009. As well, managing Tooloo Psychiatry and Psychology Clinic which is located in Rasht City is considered as her practical experience since 2009 to 2019. She started to investigation on Brain Computer Interface (BCI); generally on BSP as one of my favorites issues, since 2007. Her research interests are included Neuronal Membrane Modeling, Signal Processing, BCI, Parallel Programming. She has a cooperative experience to work on various protocols relevant to Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS).
